FELINE ZONE
All cats housed in DKANES, INTEGRAL CANINE CENTER have an individual cattery, if the owner has more than one cat, they can be housed together if desired. Water, food and a tray with sand are always available.
The dimensions of the catteries are 1.20 m. x 1.20 m. x 1.20 m. They are located inside a room with double doors to prevent them from escaping. Inside each cattery, in addition to the litter box for them to do their business, there are scratching posts and toys for their entertainment.
Our facilities do not have spaces to release the cats, so they remain all the time they are housed in their cattery. For this reason, it is not advisable to leave them for long periods of time.
In order to guarantee their welfare and avoid diseases and contagions, it is mandatory that all animals have a HEALTH CARD and are identified with MICROCHIP, have the FELINE FLU vaccination up to date and be dewormed internally and externally. We recommend the use of an anti-parasite collar or pipette.

PET CARE HOURS
Cats are cared for every day, 365 days a year, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., regardless of when the facility is open to the public.
From 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. the next day and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. the animals are kept in their enclosures, alone and without personal supervision.
The facilities are well cared for and guarded, but it is impossible for us to attend to pets outside of PET CARE HOURS.
If your pet needs to eat two or more meals a day or at a time other than the scheduled meal times, you must notify us each time you drop off your pet.

If your pet needs treatment and/or special care, please take into account our PET CARE SCHEDULE.
You must bring the medication with your prescription and the instructions to administer it, subject to the animal’s willingness to be handled.

- 30 days or more: 25% discount.
2 Cats
Same owner and cage- 15 days or more: 10% discount .

- After hours pick up: You can pick up your pet after hours as long as it is between 08:00 and 21:00. This service has a surcharge of 50€.
