We have modern facilities designed to make pets and their caregivers as comfortable and safe as possible. Separated into two zones: the CANINE ZONE and the FELINE ZONE, clearly differentiated.
We believe it is very important that you visit us before leaving your pet with us the first time so that, if necessary, a plan of adaptation for the pet can be scheduled. You can visit us during
opening hours and we will answer any questions you may have.

We have a
transportation service
in case you would like us to pick up and/or deliver your dog to your home. Only two animals may be taken per service. The vehicle is specially equipped for this service and the dogs go inside a carrier for their comfort and safety.
This service must be contracted in advance and is subject to availability. Pick-up/drop-off hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

- Arrecife, Playa Honda, Güime, San Bartolome, Montaña Blanca, Tías, Puerto del Carmen, Mozaga, Tahiche, Teguise, Nazaret and Costa Teguise 30
€ each way.
- Rest of the island
45 per way.
Dogs are cared for 365 days a year in the mornings and afternoons, regardless of opening hours.
We do not admit dogs that due to age, physical condition or temperament cannot be cared for in optimal conditions, always recommending in these cases to leave them with a relative or friend or to request a caregiver at home.
